Most of charger have "Charging protection" that they will stop working after 30mins ,since this is a high capacity battery ,so the method to charge this battery is a little bit different from the BL1830.
1, Please release the remain power after you received the new battery from us.
2, When you need to charge that battery, it must be charged as below,
Fully charged that battery at first, and remove it from charger for 3-5 mins, and then continue to charge it again. This method will make sure that your battery will be fully charged and it will last longer time after fully charged.
